I recently bought the gym tower for home use.Package Content:Loads of bits and bobs1x instruction manualThe  Multi Gym Tower  comes flat pack which is quite heavy. Assembling may require two to build quickly but can be done by a single person. Setting up is very simple. The Gym Tower is quite sturdy, large and bulky. If you find the gym tower is not levelled you can easily adjust the wheels just like you adjust on the washing machine.As the name suggest – multi gym tower, you can use several different types of body workouts to target different parts of the body. The main ones you can use for – Pull ups, Abs, Push ups, Dips and of course you can be creative and use the equipment for several other workouts to target different parts of the body. Currently the gym tower has been temporarily kept in family room whilst I clear out some space in the garage which is where it is going to reside. My eldest one likes to work on the abs. This is a must have if your trying to put together a small home gym, I got myself a multigym product and just recently invested in this product it’s a great combination. This product is sturdy even though has a little movements when doing the exercises. Can do multiple different pull ups, work on abs in different ways and the dips with Extra weight belt is great. Metal frame seems to be strong but the arm rest pads will start to rip on the stitches which I don’t see as a huge issue you can come up with an alternative and make up your own arm rest if it comes to that

It's ok but unfortunately in my opinion it isn't designed very well. The back rest is too far back and when using the pull up section you can easily bang your knees on the bar when lowering down. Also the grips are no good. I wouldn't buy another.If I could get my money back I'd certainly return it.

VERY wobbly. I have on brand new flat hard floor and this shakes non stop. You can use pull ups with the shakes and not be overly effected, but if you want to use the dip bars a lot this is not for you. The company refused to refund me so as a result I’ve taken the dip bars off and just use for pull ups. I’m ~80kg and the dip bars are unusable.

Great quality at good price

Well worth the money! Good quality for price and easy to assemble (easier if you have your socket box). I'm 6,3 and weigh 110kg and supports me just fine but I'm going to put an extra bolt through pull up support bar just sure!Looks very good when constructed and I'll keep it in the bedroom until the missus kicks me and it outside ha.
