Easy to inflate if you use an electric pump. Works well and stays inflated. I did not know it came with resistance bands, so I was pleasantly surprised and I enjoy using them.

There was NO plug/cap included in the box for this ball. We searched everywhere and even disassembled the handpump with hopes that maybe they placed the ball plug in there...nothing.Had to return the item, it's useless without the plug. No way to keep air in the ball.

When I first received the package it was missing the plugs. I received another quickly. The ball is too small for an office chair, and doesn’t fill firmly or completely. It’s okay for an exercise ball, but I would recommend a higher quality one.

I received an opened Feierdun box with some bands and a pump but no ball. I am currently unable to drive so I was not able to return any of it. Won't take the chance of reordering I don't think.
