We love it!
For the price, the durable 8x8 Quictent with mesh screening is great. Last year our first one served our purposes beautifully. It was permanently screwed down to our sun-drenched deck at our getaway cottage all summer and fall and withstood all sorts of inclement weather. It kept out the bugs and blocked some of the sun. This year we decided to purchase a fresh clean new one to replace the old one, as we were so pleased with the first one. With this new one, we had some problems with the mesh screening fitting the canopy caused by defects from the factory with the first few. Eventually, through working with their awesome customer service person Cicely, everything was made right. I have never had such great customer service. Quictent backs their product 100%. Every time I emailed Cicely, she got back to me within 24 hours. We now, once again, have an attractive, sturdy screen room on our deck. Quictent was determined to resolve the problem and didn't stop until it was resolved. This kind of determination to fixing a problem is rare in this day and age, and we will not hesitate to purchase a replacement canopy and mesh screening next year after a harsh year on our deck.

CHEAPLY MADE
The kind of Velcro they used is cheap as possible. It's only Velcro that attaches awnings to the unit. They should use "lock-in" Velcro , and should have more attachment spots. The bars bend in the middle causing it to sag. Others I have looked at in person, the fabric is sown, and the poles go through it. (Not Velcro). The bars (for awnings) are in 3 pieces making it weak and bend. The feet are plastic and so are the height adjustments. Trying to figure out what to do now, since the Velcro doesn't stick. Really disappointed.

Screen house made from excellent material
Liked the fact that the top is waterproof and sloped good enough so water does not pool and damage the top. Screens are easy to drop to the ground if bad weather appears. Top comes off fast also. Screens and the material between them are a very good quality. Over all very good and we have had a large number screen tents in our long history and this is the best.

Good customer service
We have been looking at several pop-up canopies with awnings like this, and went for the cheaper one. It’s adequate and functional, we also really liked the side awnings to give more shade. I think there are similar canopies of better quality, but then you will have to pay more. We had to deal with customer service over an issue and they were extremely responsive and helpful.

Ok but,
Doesn't look like it was made for outdoor use but I'm not taking it apart because it was hard to assemble and took too long to do by myself, so too bad on me, its staying up. That said, a few days into it, seems to be keeping out the bigger bugs and as long as it keeps mosquitoes out so I can sit outside, it'll do. The worse part was attaching screen panels; each should have been an inch longer so they could be easily zippered. I believe the zippers could be a little sturdier as well. If a tree branch doesn't fall on it and if the mosquitoes stay out & I get one season out of it I shall give this an extra star.

Easy and light
Not too big. Easy to set up. Not too heavy, perfect for our motorhome.Selected the green roof top. Really cute. We anchor each leg with small cement pavers, and one big cement block in the inside middle with a rope tied to it. We're in windy, rainy Florida. So far, so good.

Very poor quality
Although the frame is heavier metal the plastic parts holding it together are of the poorest quality. I’ve been using canopies for YEARS AND I would have got better quality purchasing a canopy from Walmart. The first one sent broke in transit. They sent a second one. It broke settings it up the very first time. This canopy is not worth the money or headaches unless you are wanting to buy scrap metal

Don’t buy
Very nice product at first, easy to use and the extra shade awnings are great. I’ve used it 4-5 times and there are at least 4 holes in the canopy. Contacted the seller to return the product or exchange and they are refusing to do so. Don’t waste your money.
