Real Good Foods, Low Carb - High Protein - Gluten Free, Chicken Alfredo Italian Style Dish (6 Count)

I’ve been eating Real Good Foods for almost a year now and all I can say is that I’m super bummed that they weren’t created sooner! It’s amazing to have quick and easy foods on hand that are still keto friendly, taste AMAZING, and not filled with junk. I’d highly recommend ANY of their products to any and everyone whether you’re a health fanatic or just looking for some delicious foods!

Tastes very salty

I was overwhelmed with the amount of salt in this product. Two bites and that is all I could eat.

We bought 4 different kinds of these realgood brand enchiladas. The first I tried was the Spinach & Ricotta cheese Cannelloni (Keto & Gluten free). The first bite was soooooooooo salty that it actually sucked the moisture out of my lips. I soldiered on thinking maybe it was just a little uneven, but had to stop at half and throw it out. The possible Keto (indicating weight loss properties) benefits are made void by the 2 to 4 lbs of water that you will retain from eating this salt lick. I'm afraid to try the others.

I ate this 5 hours ago and still taste the salt. Why So Much Salt?? 1320 MG of salt in this tiny entree..more than double similar products in store. And very little cheese and spinach. Mostly tortilla-like "pasta" and runny sauce. It does not look like the picture at all Run Save Yourself

Small in size, but tasty. I buy this and other Real Good meals from Wal Mart (much cheaper).

The perfect lunch at work! I've been crushing these for the past 2 weeks every day for lunch. They taste just like chicken alfredo!! OMG! Waiting for my next paycheck to buy from amazon!
