英語を英語で勉強することがとても重要だと私は思います（英語で日本語を勉強するのは、ある程度のレベル以上の学習者には不必要だと思います）。これは、それができる本です。

Great book for adult students that want to learn or improve their English language skills. Colorful, very self explanatory with additional exercises. I like that it takes the students up a notch by integrating additional skills in the unit (example, contractions and negatives). Hesitant about buying with the CD Rom since there were no reviews at the time I purchased it. Highly recommend the CD. It not only brings fun, additional exercises, games and tests for the student to complete and track their progress (answers are submitted and scored). The tests aren't too complicated, but enough to measure if the student in fact does master the skill covered by the unit. You should also get the workbook that goes with this book. I use this as additional HW or even as tests for my students. They have all willingly purchased this book based on my recommendation and after comparing it with soooo many of the other books that I have bought and wasted my money in, they agree this is the best one and most comprehensive. Definitely a winner!

The very best Grammar book for all beginner esl students, period! I highly recommend it to all serious learners.

Unfortunately didn't match my expectation because I was expecting that this book would be a Basic Grammar in use with answers.Instead of that it was a workbook with answer. But it wasn't the seller problem I didn't notice that before.Thanks

Basic Grammar in Use has a simple two-page lesson format that takes the from be verbs to verb phrases and every grammatical category in between. It is laid out in a manner which provides scaffolding so the learner can build grammatical knowledge upon the previous lesson.
