I work on a shipyard where things get lost and broken all the time. So far I've lost 1 ArcOne auto shade lens and broke the other. $200 down the drain. If you are certain you will NOT lose or break your lens then I suggest the ArcOne lens. I will not have any issues losing or breaking a $10 lens at this point. Pick your poison cheap/low quality vs. expensive/high quality

Meh
Bought it on accident, stupid 1 touch buy, turned out to be not too bad, I use it in my pipeliner when I have a bunch of tacking to do, don't know if I trust it for long welds

Too bright
These lenses are not dark enough for higher amperage welding. was seeing spots after welding around 150 amps. I think up to 75 amps would be OK. Also gave these a low rating for response time. It was noticeably too slow. Also they would stay dark after the arc was gone. What worked was to cover the lens with my hand then they would lighten up.I now know why other lenses are over $100. I would have given a higher rating due to the low price but safety is a concern with these.

Just OK
These are not shade 11 more like 9-1/2. Response time is a little slow also. Might be good for small wire MIG applications (.035 and smaller), but worthless for stick, TIG and spray arc. Forget air carbon arc. I didn't have a problem with it lightening up at the end of the arc. It's cheap enough, but it only reeducated me on why I don't use auto lenses...too many problems.

Great Value
I had my doubts about these due to the low price but decided to give them a try anyway. Boy am I glad I did! these are every bit as good as the lenses I have paid $100.00 for in the past. Great Value, Great Service!!!

Gettin' it done!
So far, after about 2 months of use, this auto-darkening welding lens is working perfecly. I like the fact that you don't have to keep spare batteries on hand because it is totally powered by the sun, or by the UV rays put off by welders.
