I ordered my hair October 13th (Thursday) and received my hair October 18th (Tuesday morning). Hair was in a pink plastic bag inside of hair nets and individual bagging.Hair texture is soft and black. I bought the 14" 16" 18" seems shorter than any other hair I've purchased this length. so I would get longer if you want that look.I install on Thursday and will gladly send an update. But so Far So Good.Update: was only able to use hair 2x after the 4th time washing hair it became stiff and unmannerly. It began to shed and I ended up cutting the hair into a bob.

This hair is amazing! It's takes color very well! Super easy to install and I love how it comes in three different inches in one pack. There is little to no shedding whenever I brush it. No tangling what so ever and it's very easy to comb and brush through! Would definitely purchase this hair again!

Expectations met!!!!!!!! I dyed it and it came out perfect....no shedding or tangles..........the only thing I found I didn't like was the short hairs however, once installed did not look bad at all......will purchase again and again
