Pure garbage. It’s very hard to set up, without sim card it’s basically useless. Also screen resolution is somewhere from 90s. It stores only one picture at the time-that such a bad quality you barely see anything. We purchased it on August 1, now November 8 it’s powering off after a minute-constantly. Even that battery is fully charged. Basically it’s dead. You better off just throwing your money on the wind! I almost think good reviews were written by promo paid people, because no way its that good. Trash!

The watch itself (the outer shell looks good and durable). The watch-lets call it Just a cheap calling “thing”. The text/talk did not work, plenty of spelling mistakes in the instructions, the application on the instructions did not match ones on the actual watch. The GPS well- the phone location was in China and then a nearby town. It has no steps calculation. Could not text!

GPS in not accurate and if I am not near the watch it does not track my child's location so that is really disappointing. The description says there is a pedometer, but it does not. Again, that was also disappointing. The watch was easy to use and it does make calls which I like. I wish the text feature would work for all contacts in the watch.

Revised teview: Set this up with tmobile unlimited family plan for $10 a month. I am so glad we opted to get a replacement, and did not give up. The replacement was here fast, and worked perfectly. My grandson loves it. His voice is clear and perfect on calls and voice chat. I recommend downloading the manual for "setracker app" since the instruction booklet is small and hard to follow. Read it over before installing sim card because t-mobile folks aren't well versed with these. Make sure watch is turned off when installing sim card, or it won't work... it will say no network! Great value. Love this gift... and also we got the waterproof one. He took it into the bath and it is still good! Waterproof does not have step tracker or sleep monitor.Prior Review:The watch would not stay on even when fully charged. The app is not helpful. Nobody to call for support. Returning this one.

I purchased this watch which works well making and receiving calls, however the text option doesn’t work well. The app truly sucks! It just isn’t user friendly. Also the gps feature is off by over a mile.Cons:-No silence/vibrating option on the watch! This is an issue since I do not want him to disturb the class while in school.- The app for the phone is tricky to understand and work well.-The gps doesn’t work as good as you would think.-The chat feature doesn’t alert my son of a message. He has to randomly check it.Pros:-Can make and receive calls at $5 a month!

Instructions can be a little confusing at the start but it eventually makes sense if you take your time. After I installed the SIM card, and figured out how the programs on the watch operate, I like very much. The only issue I had was syncing the timezone up with real time, but after working with that for a while, I managed to get that to match. My grandson will be so excited when he gets this on his birthday. Then the real test will be how it will actually work once he uses it. Not so sure about the GPS tracking yet - seems a little off , but it's still too early to tell how that will pan out.

Here is one of my first reviews where I will rip this product up. I can go into detail on each aspect where this product falls of the edge.Locations finding. Initial start up the watch was located in China. I went through the setup in configuration and then thought it would take a day or so to update the data base. I walked through the location finding and still in China. Ok.. I am patient so set it on my desk and tried it repeatedly each day for a week... Ahhhh... Guess what BAD...Communication: I will be more direct SUCKS!!!!i am usually very forgiving when it come to reviews since I am in the software engineering field.. With that stated I have NEVER had such a bad experience with a product as I have had with this one.

I am shocked at how poorly this watch performs.For starters the GPS is MILES off at all times.I can hardly hear my child when she talks.The voice messaging takes 10 minutes to send.IT IS NOT WATERPROOF BY ANY MEANS.My daughter rode the bus home, and it was hot. The humidity on the bus literally fogged up the watch screen on the inside. So though the watch is still “functioning”, you can’t see the screen.The app is incredibly hard to navigate, and it written in broken English.The battery life is so terrible, that during a 6 hour school day, it drains the battery to 50% (without using the watch)It’s unfortunate because in theory this watch would have been amazing for the price. But in this case, you get what you pay for.
