Rhyming education
My 7 yo has really taken this book to heart. I caught her writing a note to her friend paraphrasing the book and saying it's ok to not be ok.She's asked for the one about bullying because she wants to learn about it.The book also has sections in the back to encourage the child to write about which colour they are feeling

Fabulous well-being resource
A fantastic book. Highly recommend! I’m an ELSA/TA/SEMH support worker and this book is a regular resource I use when supporting young people. My children love the activity pages at the back too. Well worth buying.

Love it!
Love this book, the author and everything about the collection that is Lucy's Blue Day. It's an excellent read and relatable by so many children that I work with. Worked well with autistic children who are emotionally below their chronological years, but without the feeling of patronisation. Would definitely recommend the whole collection (available on their website)

This book is very topical and well written. Perfect for introducing children to mental health. Great visuals and wording. A perfect addition to any child’s bookshelf.
