One of the best masala mix
Phenomenal product. The aroma and quality is top notch and really makes great biriyani. Using a little less than the recommended usage brings about the best in this masala. Better than the generic mass market masala brands.

Awesome Taste
To start with, it doesn't mention the cooking receipe. However, since I have been cooking various varieties of Biryani for many years, I developed my own method using this spice and the result was awesome. Good product. One bottle would suffice four preparations each using 1.25-1.5 kg meat and 1-1.25 kg rice.

Useless
The spice mixture consists of additional nature identical flavours, what ever they are the spice is good for aroma but useless for flavor. There is no flavour at all even after pouring heaps of this spice.
