I have had friends tell me the benefits of natural anti-imflammatories, and decided to try this at a recommendation. I didn't expect much. I am a runner and have been having some hip pain that was creating difficulties for me. Got this and started using it on the recommendation of a co-worker and I'm normally skeptic of this sort of thing so I hesitated at first, but my eczema tends to flare up in horrible ways between winter and spring and I get desperate enough to try just about anything.For the 3 weeks I've been taking it my normally painfully itchy arms around this time of year has shown clear signs of improvement and the eczema subdued to the point I can barely notice it anymore. Comes with plenty to last and is a downright bargain for the price compared to what I normally spend on desperately trying every lotion/cream I can get my hands on to try and alleviate the itch.
