Durstons Decorative Woodland Bark for Garden | 50L Bag

On receiving the small bag . I am totally dumb struck !!! £45 for a small bag bark . I can purchase 12 bags !! Yeah 12 from BM or Homebase . So disappointed .still no refund weeks later . Am older lady ( strong )but how can I return a heavy item like this . No help with return or pick up for me . This item is far to expensive for the quantity you get ( small bag) . I have asked 4 x for refund .
