Quality stuff! I couldn't find any penetrating sealers at the big box stores so was pleased to find this on Amazon. Performing great so far. Also purchased ToughGloss from this company so will review that after I apply it to my stamped patio.

I used this product on my concrete and it keeps the concrete more clean. Easy to use. Just poured into a spray bottle mix with water and spray slowly and evenly. No smell or maybe very little smell.

The Concentrate quart was the perfect amount to seal my front patio. I diluted it 1:1 and first time it rained the water beaded nicely.

I only had a small concrete paver walkway to seal 11 ft. by 3 1/2 ft. I should not have had to use the entire bottle trying to get the product to seal my walkway. Very disappointed! Put 3 layers on, letting it dry completely for a couple days in between and it still did not work as advertised. Water does not bead up at all, it just soaks into the pavers like before! I am also getting the constant staining from the tannins in the leaves now too after sealing. That should have prevented it from happening. Not happy with this product at all.

Used this to seal my bike shed. Worked out great
