Plugged it in and the laptop works fine. No plug errors, no problems charging the battery.

I loved the price considering my computer's manufacturer wanted me to pay $60 to replace the charger. This charger was compatible and absolutely a necessity for my homeschooling family. Hopefully, it holds up for a long time.

The original charger on my HP X360 laptop was 45 watts. It overheated constantly and I was always getting warnings that the battery was wearing out. Now, 100 percent battery health and overheating probs gone. I think probably that the original was underpowered for the heavy use I put my laptop through. Anyway, great seller, very professional and I recieved the item very quickly. Perfect transaction.

I bought this in September of 2021. I was gifted a nice hp probook by someone who didn't know if it worked, and it didn't have a cord, so I needed something less expensive to even see if it worked. I didnt expect it to last terribly long, cheaper electronics just don't do that. However, it lasted for 8 months! The warranty is for a year so I reached out for a replacement. The customer service was prompt and easy. I will be buying an official hpcord for my laptop, but this is a good little backup!

I left my charger at a Palm Springs hotel and called them to see if housekeeping had picked it up. In the past when something like this happens, the hotel would send it to you as a service. Now most hotels are using a recovery service and charging you a lot of money to get your item back. I thought why pay this fee when I can get on Amazon and save money. I ordered my charger on a Friday and received it on Monday. It works just as good as the factory original at 1/4 of the price.
