Very quick and easy to make. I use this as it’s just my husband and me, no other family, so I don’t cook large amounts of food. He likes his mashed potatoes and I don’t. I fix these and freeze some and they reheat in microwave just fine and he loves them with his favorite gravies! We have tried other brands over the years, and these are his favorite, and he is very particular. Try them, especially if you’re only cooking for 1 or 2. You can even turn them into garlic mashed potatoes, too!

Honest Earth Creamy Mashed potatoes are delicious and very easy to prepare. The longest wait is for the water to boil. After that it couldn’t be easier. I love Honest Earth and could eat it every day. I add additional butter to the mashed potatoes because I enjoy the smoother taste. But it tastes great either way.

These are the best instant potatoes i have ever had! Very disappointed that Amazon no longer has them. I would always buy at least 3 boxes and wait til the Season to get more, but now not able too. The price was great through Amazon but now can't afford them from other sites. I wish Amazon would carry them all year but now not at all. You can't even tell they are instant potatoes. The best.

I used this brand for years. The entire family loves them on backpacking trips or regular dinner. When I went to Peru and Easter Island I took several packets along. All you need is hot water. So delicious. When Costco stopped selling them I was devastated. Well thank goodness I found them again on Amazon!I have searched, but every other brand has chemical additives. Honest Earth is just that.

Flavor is good for instant potatoes easy to prepare very convenient

I love these. Easy to make and great taste, but they have gotten a little pricey. I use to get them at Costco for a better price but they quit carrying them.

Tastes almost as good as home made.Easy to prepare, especially when old age catches up with you and standing in the kitchen is a problem.Arthritis in your hands limits what and how you prepare your meals.

I have always loved these potatoes once my mom and I tried them from Costco then they stopped selling them and I found them on here, so happy that Amazon sells them

Good mash but price terrible

I like the potatoes but did not like the high price. Usually the price is much lower.
