The thread thats supposed to stay in the fabric, doesnt. Often thread and needle gets stuck in the pants

The media could not be loaded. Stopped working after hemming 5 curtain panels with 5 left to do. 😩

Never Worked
I am not sure if it was user error or the machine itself, but I was unable to get it to work. It was not very user friendly. I am comfortable using a regular sewing machine, and have had to troubleshoot problems with those before, but I could not figure out what was going on with this thing! Wished I hadn't hung onto it thinking I could get it to work since my return time has now passed. Oh well! Don't make the same mistake!
