This product did not seal closed at all. As soon as I submerged it in hot liquid it leaked into my contents and then the entire bag warped, especially at the opening. So I had to cut the bag to remove my contents. Which I then disposed of because I wasn’t sure about the safety or potential toxic materials leaching into my food. So if you are thinking about getting these—just don’t. I planned on using them as an alternative to buying a vacuum sealer. Just got a fairly cheap vacuum sealer with reusable bags and I wish I had done that to begin with.

I am so excited to have these now and get away from using plastic bags for the earth's sake and for our health's sake. They are definitely leak proof: I filled it up with water, closed the bag and held it upside down and no leaking at all. The other thing that helps with leaking and something I really like just based on an organizing point of view is that they stand up in the refridgerator. That's the thing that I'm giddy about. They are a little cumbersome to handwash just because washing these types of things are cumbersome, not because this brand has anything to do with that. Personally I have a dishwasher with "bottle-wash" dedicated jets that I'm putting them on and it's nice. I'm definitely planning on buying more of these and getting away from my plastic bag habit for good!

I am thoroughly enjoying my new storage bags. They are easy to store and while they hold less than you might think from their size, they do hold what I need them to. They keep things fresh and are slimmer than keeping things in stiff storage containers. I have had them for a week and so far so good in regards to durability/sturdiness.

The sides of the bags were stuck together so tight I had to work hard to get them to unstick. I used water and soap to help the process, but two bags ripped open anyways. They are unusable and I am returning them.

Love the bags. Very durable, easy to clean and use. Haven't used them with liquid yet but will. My husband's only complaint is that it's hard to put the strip on to close and open. My daughter and I have no problems with it

Very nice look and feel . Quite sturdy . I’m glad not to rely on disposable plastic

Easier to close then traditional zip-lock, bottom opens out so that it can stand vertically when filled, not sure about durability yet but it seems like a simple lasting design.
