Hard to install but completely worth it!
So setting this lock up really was a little bit of a pain in the rear end. But once it is installed and working it is AMAZING! It works with your already installed deadbolt. So you dont have the hassle of changing that part out as well. We cant seem to get anymore than one passcode to work 😣 but the cards work well and were the easiest to program. Once it was in with a passcode it worked great. I love the auto lock program. That is actually why I chose this particular lock. We have ours set to lock right away which is great. It looks really nice as well. It's very sleek and visually appealing. I would absolutely make this purchase again!

Be patient. Read directions thoroughly.
It was cumbersome installing this. I literally had to remove it and re-read the directions until I figured out that there’s a tiny switch that must be slid to indicate which position the deadbolt slides. I wish this was highlighted. Anyways since then it works great and I like that I keep the deadbolt and don’t need to give the leasing office the code.

Easy to install but features are limited.
When connecting to Smartthings, it says you should use a newer device as the options are limited..NFC isn't very good with Galaxy 9+ - it will not program. Needs to have a key sequence to lock the door when leaving for the day as well.

Works but complicated and didnt meet all my needs
Was able to connect it with smart things but couldn't create my own codes through the ST app. You have to manually do it on the lock and it's a bit confusing. Ending up return this for a Yale lock that was cheaper and works better with the app.

A little tricky to install, but heavy with features. Integrates easily with smart things!

Smartphone App Broken Otherwise Not Bad for a House Lock
DO NOT BUY BLUETOOTH OPTION. I downloaded the app on my iPad, iPhone and both androids I have and the app crashes on all of them. As for the install, not bad, but I am used to installing these types of locks. Easy to program. The registration is a little backwards. You need a master code to disable registration but can enable it without it. It was easy to set up and install, a bit of a tight fit. I must have a newer model as it is not mostly plastic, I like it better than my original Kwikset 916 lock. I wanted RFID and now I have it, but no NFC as the smartphone app is broken so quite useless. I will update if anything changes. I was able to use RFID cards and tag I had on hand as I work with RFID so I was able to determine the type of card the lock came with and add ones I had on hand that were compatible.
