Decent telescopic ladder at this price.
I have used a couple of these ladders in the past, and although their practicality exceeds that of a conventional static ladder, the trade-off is usually the durability and you buy them knowing they likely require replacing every year. However I must say I am pleasantly surprised by the quality of this ladder and how rugged the clip mechanisms feel in comparison to older models at this price point. This seller has definitely found one of the better manufactures and would therefore highly recommend this one above the infinite amount of other sellers.

Excellent for attics and for limited storage space
This has been a great ladder so far. I have a very tight hallway and access to the attic is very difficult, this works well for that. It is also very economizing on space so takes up very little space when not on use. Have to be careful when closing as it does slide down with some force but if you remember to keep the fingers out the way, it is fine. This was also one of the cheapest prices for this item (there are so many of them on here) but it was a good buy for me.

Not sturdy enough to use without assistance
Steps are thin and very far apart. Doesn't feel very sturdy when climbing up & down it so I'm too scared to climb up it with anything in my hand.It comes with no instructions. Not difficult to work out how to use but maybe fiddly for some to work out at first.

Not fit for its intended purpose. Good response from seller though.
I returned this ladder as I was not happy with it. In my opinion it bent while I was climbing it and moved from one side to the other as I was stepping. The sellers were quick to handle my complaint.

Fast delivery
Very fast delivery. Sturdy and safe to use. Used it right out the box spent approx 45mins using it and had no issues. Easy to store. More than happy š

Great value for money.
This is an easy to use ladder which is very compact when stored. It has the feel of a product that was made to imitate the original, but it works and is a good deal cheaper than the alternatives.

Telescopic Ladder.
My husband found this ladder better than the normal ladder, as easy to use, very safe to use as quite sturdy. would highly recomend.
