Absolutely love the dress. I'm 5'11 and usually wear a 14/16 as my hip/thigh ratio is a bit meatier than most! The fact that this dress fell to the ground with no shoes on was fantastic. The fabric feels good, it's not flimsy and flows very well. Did I mention it has pockets? YES!!!

This dress is awesome !! I got a size XL though I could have gotten a Large.. it's comfy soft and just so freaken cute .. definitely worth every penny !

This dress is amazing!! It is a superb quality fabric- made of a thicker, stretchy, soft cotton material. I was expecting a thinner cheaper material, but it is so much nicer than my expectations! I went by the size chart and it fits perfectly! I am also taller, at 5'10" and it still hits the floor-I could probably even get away with wearing heels with it! My only irritation is that where the top is sewn to the bottom at the waist, the stripes are not cut straight across, so I feel I may need to wear a belt with this to make it look right at the middle. Keep that in mind- don't expect the grain of the fabric/ stripes to be perfectly straight. I've included pics of both with and without the belt in this review. I am so happy with this purchase- highly recommend!! 😍

DO NOT BOTHER WITH THIS DRESS!! YOU ARE ASKING FOR DISAPPOINTMENT!Let me start by saying that this is the 3rd dress that I have ordered from this company. The first one I ordered 2 years ago, right after my daughter was born, and I needed something to accommodate the extra weight while still looking cute in the summer. I ordered the white dress with the light gray stripes and it was perfect!! I'm 5'8 and it still managed to just graze the floor (which some may not like, but I like as it is so hard to find maxi dresses that are long enough!), it fit me perfectly, it was so comfortable to wear, and it had pockets!!! I loved that dress so much, that I decided to order another one last summer. At that point I had lost the baby weight, so my original dress was too big and I needed to go down a couple of sizes. I ordered the exact same dress (white & gray) in a smaller size. I wish I had taken pictures of that dress. It was completely crooked and none of the stripes matched. I sent it back and decided against trying for another one.Fast forward to this summer and I decided to give them another chance. After a little debating, I decided to mix it up and order the white dress with the blue stripes.......EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS DRESS IS WRONG! Before I even got the dress out of the bag, I noticed that the color was completely different from what was pictured. In the photo, the dress is white with cobalt blue stripes, but this one was obviously white with navy blue stripes..... problem #1. Once I actually had it out of the bag and got a look at it, I was shocked at just how many different ways stripes could be lined up incorrectly.....I mean is it being put together by blindfolded toddlers and then not quality checked whatsoever???? For some reason there is a stripe in the collar seam which doesn't go all the way around (because it's crooked), the stripes across the chest slant down and to the left before partially disappearing into the skirt (again, because they are CROOKED and also give off the illusion that you are leaning over to the side), and the seams connecting the front and the back aren't lined up. . . . WHAT?!?!. . . Does a human not actually lay eyes on the finished dress before it is shipped??? I was really REALLY hoping that last summer was just a one-off thing and that I would receive a decent dress this time..... NOPE. Soooo disappointing!!! Basically if you order 5 of the exact same dress, you MIGHT get one that is put together halfway decently, but the rest will be total crap. Don't bother!

I got two of these one small and one medium. Liked both as they both do fit. The medium is a bit looser around the bust. Love that it was long. I'm 5'8 or 9 and it reaches the ground. The photo I posted is wearing the medium dress, no shoes on. It's a little see through, not horrible but something to keep in mind.

I am 5'8" and 190#. ( menopause was not kind! ) This garment is a rather heavy weight polyester and is well made. There's not a thing wrong with the dress, it's my body. Nice big pockets and hangs nicely. Given that it's too tight and too long for my shape, I'll have to simply return it. Time to get in better shape! Hope it fits you.

First I bought a small. The waist was a bit tight for my liking because the elastic was slightly scratchy... so I ordered a med. Fit great but my OCD couldn’t handle the lines being so crooked at the waist this time. So I sent that one back too and ordered another med, hoping that the lines would be straight- they were but then the waist was too tight for the med! I finally just gave up on the dress and sent that one back too. Still waiting for my refund on that one. The length was a perfect maxi for me 5’9” - most are too short, but this one just skimmed the ground. So if you are shorter than 5’9”- you will either need heels or have it hemmed up. The fabric is a thicker knit too, though it might be too hot for mid summer.

Material is thicker than I expected, which was great. I dont like to wear layers to not have my clothes see through.It is long, which is a plus for me but not everyone. I'm 5 10, 185lbs 36dd with a 32in waist and 44 in hips.The dress in large is floor length on me. It fits very snug across my chest. Not uncomfortable, but more snug than I personally prefer. The skirt has enough flair to it to fall naturally and hide any trouble spots you feel you have, but is also not so flowy that every breeze puts you in a Marilyn Monroe pose.The material is not jersey cotton thin, but may be a little hot for muggier climates.It holds its shape well and after several cycles through the washer and dryer, it isn't pilling, hasn't shrunk, and the color is still vibrant. I bought the pink, which is actually a coral. Would have preferred a pink, but my husband liked the coral too. It has deep and usable pockets, I sewed mine closed personally. I have big enough hips without adding extra material to make them look even wider.Overall, a nice dress for a decent price and I would buy again. My only real complaint, like many, is that the line to the bodice isn't sewn straight, so where the skirt meets, it shows. You can see in the picture that one side, the lines go down. Belts cover it nicely or a scarf would draw attention away from it, but it does make it less gift able to me. Who wants to get a crooked looking dress?
