I had to return the first time I ordered it because I could not get it to connect to the app. But the second device I received connected right away. I used it in recovery mode because I was super sore after a workout at the gym and the next day my muscles felt way better. I’ve also been using it in resistance mode in hopes of toning but it’s too soon to see results.

I purchased this, received this morning. I downloaded the app on my iPhone, and attempted to register. I would get the 4 digit code, press submit/done, the app comes up with …. Loading, and then just kicks me back to the registration screen. I’ve tried logging in directly (maybe it registered me), that didn’t work, forgot password didn’t work. I called the company, first got dumped into a voicemail that will probably never be returned. I called back, the person I spoke with said they have no troubleshooting for the app, so I should try on another device (I tried on my iPad as well) and just return it. I repeated to him: so you’re selling a product reliant upon an app to work, you have no troubleshooting, so I should just return it? He confirmed. I’ve emailed the company, we’ll see if I can get anywhere. The device works, plugs in, turns on, but I can’t get past the registration screen. Oh well. Ridiculous for what I had thought looked like a conscientious and reputable company.

I have Compex fit 1 this one is much better and have more programs.Less cords make it much more easy to use

Es perfecto, lo recomiendo totalmente. Consejo, guarden los diodos (adhesivos) cuando los terminen de usar en la nevera, les durarán más. El tamaño es perfecto y la funda donde se guarda, es resistente.

It works well. I love how compact it is and that I can take it with me on walks or to the gym.
