I thought that the issues I was was having with this phone was my being new to using an android. I have been on the phone with tech help several times. The techs seem to be learning as we go. I have not gotten my problem resolved, I can not receive photos in text messages, I was told I have to add a 1 in the beginning of all the phone numbers to receive pictures. Which will bring me to a problem I called about prior... "When I get a phone call, the contact persons name won't show" the answer... Take the "1" out from the beginning of all the phone numbers. Great. I also can not use my data for some reason that no one can help me with. So leave my house, I have no use of data. At first I was very happy, nice looking phone, good clear sound, but the longer I have it the more I realize ... YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR.

Don't waste your money! This phone is the absolute worst!!! Apps constantly stop working for no apparent reason. I have had to reset my phone to factory settings and I'm having the same problems! I called NUU mobile and tech support was no help, they said I could send them my phone and they could maybe try to fix it and in the mean time I would have no phone, I'm so mad I'm a week over the return frame with Amazon because I do not want this phone anymore. It is awful. I'm unable to send any mms unless I put +1 before the number which is so stupid. I have never had to do that with any other phone. Tech told me that's basic with all phones. No it's not. I called my service provider because I thought my data wasn't working but it was the stupid phone. The camera is not good at all like I thought it would be. It's slow. It takes pictures soo slow by the time ththe picture snaps the moment is way over which sucks if you have small children, I would not recommend this phone to anyone! I had a $30 smart phone before this one that was a lot better.

Excellent phone, very well built, screen with very good colors and brightness, touch screen, very fast, good cameras, so you take good pictures and record good videos, it is unlocked so it works with any gsm operator in the world , It is 3G H + so it navigates very fast on the internet, has good storage capacity and can be extended storage with a micro sd card, has wifi, is hot spot, has bluetooth, supports email, whatsapp, play store, etc , The calls are clear and clear, has good volume, has 1 gb of ram, the battery lasts for more than a day, in general lines is a very good phone at a low cost,

Phone suddenly stopped accessing phone service, sim card is good, checked it in another phone, technical support has not been responsive. Will update when support responds, or if they respond, warranty is for 2 years, purchased 1.5 years ago.

time keeps going to military time, did not get all my contacts transferred. keeps telling me the SIM card is missing, gets wrong contact when I try to make a phone call. Unfortunately, I was one day late when I made the request to return it and try to get a different phone. I'm stuck with a $130 phone for the time being.

I love this phone does almost everything I want to do with a phone.

The camera is awful, but I guess it is what you expect for the low price. I used it for only 1 yr. I have since purchased a Motorola cell phone for $200 with an acceptable , though not spectacular camera.
