*Edit* I can’t fault the seller at all - EXCELLENT customer service. Upon seeing my review below they contacted me and sent out a replacement case in a different, glossy design, which is just what I was looking for.Original Review:The design on the back of this case is lovely, and due to the heightened lip around the edge I imagine that it’s also very protective. However, it adds a lot of bulk to the phone and the texture is extremely slippery. The description mentioned “shiny”, so I was expecting a nice glossy (and grippy) finish, but this is more of a matte texture. I’ve also ordered a popsocket in a similar design, but I don’t believe it’s going to stick properly due to the type of material. I have quite small hands and I’m struggling to use my phone with this case, so unfortunately for me it was a waste of money & I’ll be looking for something that will be more suited to my needs. This may be perfect for those with larger hands who do not require a popsocket though!

Final update. New case sent out which is slimmer and just what I need. Really excellent customer service from this company. I’d certainly give them my custom again. An update. Having posted this the company contacted yesterday and asked if they could send me a slimmer case to see if that suits me better. What fantastic customer service. I’m very impressed.Original review- There are lots of things I really like about this phone case. The design on the back is exactly what I wanted and it looks stylish plus it has a nice feel, not slippery like some cases I’ve had in the past. Another important like is that it fits the phone snugly and so feels like it will keep the phone safe. However the downside is that, for me, it’s just a bit too chunky and makes my phone feel too bulky. For that reason I think I’ll probably replace it which is a shame as apart from the bulkiness it’s great.

This case fits the phone well, and it is not bulky but the colour is so disappointing! In the picture it looks like a lovely and bright rose gold line design, but in reality it is a really flat peach/yellow colour and looks really wish washy. I was expecting a glossier, vibrant finish, but this is muted and pale. Such a shame as it’s a great fit on the phone.

This is a nice cover but unfortunately it covers the volume buttons on my Iphone and is too stiff to be able to operate them.UPDATE - JAN 2020Following my review (above), I was contacted by the seller who was very keen to resolve the problem. She sent me a selection of cases to choose from and then very promptly sent out a new case that is much slimmer and allows the volume buttons to work properly. Excellent customer service!

The case seems good quality, pretty design and that it will protect the phone well, however it is extremely bulky. It is also SO hardy that the volume buttons on the side are rendered unusable and in order to press them I have to take the cover off. I also thought the finish would be soft silicone, like the last case I bought from this seller, however it is more of a shiny gloss and it’s not very grippy at all. I’m planning on returning this as I’m after a more lightweight case as the Xr is already such a large phone, and I would be wary of it flying out of my hands. But good value for money if this is what you’re after.

**update***Customer service from this seller is top class! On seeing my review they made contact with me and offered me options for a slimmer case which would suit me better. Ye new case arrived within a few days and was perfect! Really can’t recommend this seller enough, they take customer satisfaction very seriously!**original review** I absolutely love the rose gold and marble design on this case. However, I am very disappointed with the product overall. It is described as ‘slim’ which it definitely is not! It is very bulky and makes my phone look massive and not too easy to hold either especially for someone with small hands. Really disappointed as I do like the design but not sure if I’ll use it at all now.

Beautiful design, looks exactly like the photo. Really nice matte finish that feels nice to hold and doesn't slide about when you hold it. Fits perfectly and seems to protect the camera (sticks out to the same height as the lens so it's not scratched on tables or wobbling when laying down). Would buy again in different colours.

** edit **I had a message after my review with three suggestions of other cases to replace the one I originally got! Very nice case and a really nice touch. Thank youLovely looking sturdy case. I loved the pattern but a little disappointed as the lines in the picture on ordering looked more like a gold colour, but it’s really more like a flat yellowy peach colour. It is quite bulky and the XR is quite a chunky phone to hold as it is, so not sure I’ll use this case long term, more likely to use until I find something else. The case feels lovely too but a little slippy to hold.
