Great product but no video signal through
This is a very nice bit of kit and looks well with my silver MacBook. However it’s only major flaw is that the USB- C pass-through only delivers current. The video signal from the USB-C port on my MacBook does not pass through this device so my external monitor does not work. This is a real shame as it’s otherwise a great product

many handy ports
Had all the ports my friend needed for their macbook pro. fortunately they had a usb c port to use this as i know a lot of older versions do not, especially mine. But overall handy for uploading photos from SD card whilst still being able to use other things such as usb and usb c

A good short term fix but that’s it
This works well in terms of functionality but I have my doubts about its durability as it overheats terribly! It becomes too hot to touch at times. The little carry case is useful and the design seems sturdy.

NOT WORKING
I have messaged the seller several times, I'm currently being ignored.the charging port does not work.This is the worst experience I have had on amazon yet. Disgraceful.

Good product in attractive little case, 2 USB slots, micro card reader and mini card reader, perfect for a chrome laptop.

Flimsy and now broken
Very lightweight and as such doesn't now work after less than 12 months. I now have find a robust replacement.

It was fine at first...
Loved the look and feel of the product, great little leather pouch etc. Plugged in it would only work in the 2nd port not the charge port. Hmmm okay so I plugged into the 2nd port. Micro SD card read fine, SD card read fine. External hard drive not so good as the QacQoc easily moves out of place so after a few months now my 2nd port is fried & my 1TB Seaport external HD doesn't work any more!! Not on my iMac or my MacBook.I wouldn't recommend it I have years of info on my external hard drive that is now fired & lost.I don't recommend this product!

Stiff ports and the top comes off easily
This product is awful the ports are incredibly stiff. I was trying to remove this device from my MacBook and the top came off completely. This item is apalling I will never purchase again.
