Ordenado Outdoor Sun Hat UV Protection Bucket Mesh Boonie Hat Adjustable Fishing Cap

My wife wanted a sun hat she could wear in breezy weather that would stay in place and the brim would not flap around or be blown out of shape. She has tried several other sun hats, but none worked to her satisfaction in breezy/windy conditions. I bought this hat for her and she loves it. It is comfortable, has a strap to hold it in place in the wind and the brim is wide enough for excellent sun protection, yet stiff enough so it does not flap around in windy conditions. She also likes that the side vents help her head stay cool on long walks in the Arizona sun. She highly recommends this hat.

Rating is based on initial use. Bought this hat for my trip to Zion National Park and Bryce Canyon. The hat I received had a defective chin strap - it didn't lock into place - but I still brought it along because I didn't have time to buy another hat. It was perfect for our summer hike! The brim was wide enough to shield my face and nape from the sun; at the same time, the material was breathable. When I got back from my trip, I contacted the seller regarding the chin strap issue. They were very friendly and responsive. They sent me a 99% discount code for the item so that I could purchase it again. I know it's not ENTIRELY free, but really... what is 13 cents these days? :o)

Awesome fit, excellent quality and exceptional for the price. Women's hats are usually too large for me in the store ... I am not a small person- 5'9", so I'm not sure why that is; but this fits perfect. Not too tight so it'll never be uncomfortable but I can also adjust the strap in the top portion of the hat to hold it on better if it's a bit breezy abc I don't want to tighten the chin strap. The brim stays nice like in the picture unlike some other ladies that get wavy. I machine washed and dried it when I got it on regular (warm wash perm press dry) and it came out great. Highly recommend.

Use it kayaking for the first time today and love the hat. Water rolled right off it, kept the sun off my face but allowed me to see everything around me. Kept my head cool too. Not sure how anyone could complain about size since you can lock it into any possible size you would need. I have a small head and its hard for me to find a hat that fits but this one is perfect since I can adjust it down to my size.

The plastic fume is so bad that I had to put it back to its bag and seal it right away. The rim is quite rigid. The hat looks utilitarian, not stylish.

Perfect hat got lots of compliments today and several people took pics of the add so they could buy one too. I work outside everyday so it helps me with the sun and rain. Easy to wear and matches stuff well.

This hat worked very well on a recent trip to the Yucatan. It gave excellent sun protection and was waterproof. The under the chin ties worked well also. It does fold up but you need a good sized bag. I kept it folded in my suitcase and it came out fine. I will be taking it on all my trips.

I just received this today and was hoping it was waterproof however it has mesh on the top that is not waterproof... very disappointed it is stated as a waterproof hat
