Hive View Outdoor Security Camera, Weatherproof, Night Vision, WiFi Enabled, White

So I purchased two of these cameras and have placed them in the front and rear of my house. Some pros and cons of these cameras are as follow:Cons:Night vision did not work on one camera if any light was present at all. This caused problems due to a distant street lamp resulting in a black/very dim screen. (However most recent camera did not have this issue)The settings on the camera (bark/alarm) do not work at all.These cameras connect to wifi therefore resulting in slower internet connection rather than connecting to the hub itself.The 2 way audio on one camera is very low (could possibly be defective).The app does not have a good layout for the camera views, would like to see live windows.And finally the HUB itself has a very limited range.Pros:Cameras are very good quality.Have survived some very harsh rainstorms.Most bang for your buck that i have seen on amazon.Have great features THAT DO NOT COST ADDITIONAL MONEY.Can download videos for free.To conclude this review i do recommend these cameras and will definitely be purchasing more but would also like to see the above mentioned improvements. Keep in mind hive is new to the security camera world and will most likely be fixing these issues.

The camera easy to install and connect to the internet. Not sure if the case being weather proof cases the low connection strength. The last update helped with the overall use, but still needs some work. It stopped recording due to bugs but at timesIt is spotty when it records. The recording is good but the notification is slow. May have issues with android but apple products work well. If you have Hive products it's still a good camera.
