OZERY BAKERY Morning Round Pita Bread, Cranberry Orange, 12.7 Ounce (Pack of 6)

I really like Ozery Cranberry-Orange Morning Rounds. I have not been able to get them in the stores recently. I just received a box of six packages I ordered through Amazon. I ate one round and it was as delicious as I remember. It wasn't quite as fresh as they used to be when I bought them at the store, but it was still good even without toasting.I assumed the packages would be sent from the bakery fresh. However, they are shipped through a distribution company called "KEHE." When I got them and read the box, it said the "shelf life of the product was nine days once thawed." A "Carrier picked up the package" on December 14 and it moved to various locations until delivered December 22.If the package was frozen when picked up, it was delivered eight days later. So the shelf life would expire the next day, December 23. And the product would be getting stale within a day or two of sitting in a warehouse. I re-froze all the packages of Morning Rounds to avoid the Rounds getting more stale or potentially moldy. According to the Internet bread loses some of it's taste if it's frozen and especially if it's re-frozen. I will only take out one at a time from my freezer, and toast them to avoid any staleness. I expect they will still be enjoyable. But I thought other buyers might want to know these specifics.

If you haven't tried these you are in for a treat. These are good for whatever meal not just breakfast. I am a lifetime Weight Watcher and these morning rounds fit very nicely into my plan. They are a delightful and delicious alternative to toast, bagel, English Muffin, or waffle. Toast and dab a bit of butter and YUM!Best of all is the price especially as it is virtually impossible to find it retail. The last place selling them was Costco but no more so I was thrilled to find them here and at a competitive price. The added bonus was this seller who was prompt and with great customer service. When I had a small hitch they responded quickly with no questions asked. It is one of the main reasons I will be a repeat customer.

First discovered these at Costco, they don't carry them anymore but it is great to be able get them from Amazon! I fink they were supposed to arrive frozen, but they weren't. We froze all but one of each which we put in the refrigerator. They taste fantastic alone or with cream cheese on top.

I love the this Ozery! It’s a quick and delicious snack by itself or add some cheese, a nut butter or cream cheese. Great eating for on the go breakfast too.

I bought my first pack at Costco. I love the texture, flavor and convenience. They are soft and have just the right amount of sweetness to not require butter or jelly; I pop one in the toaster, grab it and drive to work eating it and not making a mess! Now, the next time I went to Costco to get more, of course, they no longer carry them!!! (a common complaint I have about Costco) Luckily I found a seller on Amazon. I get a case, keep them in the deep freeze getting a sleeve out as needed. I have gone through a whole case of the nut ones and now I am trying this flavor. Both are wonderful as I said above.

Love these tasty morning rounds lightly toasted with a thin coat of butter ... delicious start to the day!!!

These things are great! Keep them in the freezer. Take out one (or as many as you want) and put it directly into the toaster. Two minutes later they're nice and hot and taste really good.

Very good but definitely pricey
