We couldn’t use this but the seller was great and worked with us.
We couldn't use this product. It was sent as a similar item to the one we ordered. This product was fine but our user is very tiny and in a wheelchair, so the other product was what we needed. We gave this green trainer a try just in case, but we really needed some extra features that came with the other one, which is no longer available. Pros were that it was easy to put together, just a few screws to install the feet and two bolts for the petals. It is electric and will petal gently at a range of gentle speeds for a disabled or rehabilitating patient. It does move on the floor so you want to get a no slip pad. It didn't work for us but our user is only 4' 6 inches, short legs and wheelchair. The seller was great and promised a full refund.

Parts won’t go together
We waited a really long time (over a month) for delivery. It finally came and the foot plates can’t be attached. The bolt is on one of them so tightly it won’t budge. We’ve tried everything, but it’s like it’s welded. Huge disappointment because we were looking for a machine that would move my disabled husbands legs. Can only use with his hands.

Ease of Use for Arm Bike
This is an awesome unit which has multiple settings for resistance levels. My physical therapist recommended I use an arm bike at home for the shoulders. I am very pleased with this unit. I rec'd it 3 weeks ahead of the scheduled delivery date. I'm very impressed with the seller's timely shipping!
