Size up can be machine washed and low heat dry
This is my second one, just size up a couple sizes, it’s an Asian based sizing I’m normally a men’s small, in this I’m a men’s large.

Runs very small
Great looking but runs VERY small. My husband ordered an Xl and its more like a wemons small!

Para mi lo mas importante es q me funsio en el objetivoq es bajar de peso.
Todo vien con el sauna es buenísimo sudas bastante y me a alludado a quemar muchas calorías.
