I use knives at my working place regularly, sometimes i wear gloves and sometimes not. This gloves really helpful. it protects my hands because you could cut your hand if you're not focus and tired when you use a knife. It's really convenient too! I wash it with my clothes.

They fit like a glove! The fit was perfect for me. I know that's luck but yay me. I was very surprised at how thin and usable they were. I use them for cleaning fish and they help with gripping the slippery fish and bonus, I didn't get nailed by any spines or cut bones! I haven't tried cutting my finger off yet so I cannot attest to their armor ability. They are a soft burlap texture and very absorbent. The instructions say to hand wash them. They do take a bit to clean and my gloves will forever smell like fish.

While fixing a John Deere chopper I was turning the drum and got my finger caught between a knife and part of the chopper. if it weren't for the gloves I would have lost at least 3 fingers.

I don't know cut resistant gloves before. But this glove did attract me because I always need to handle with various tough tasks in the kitchen. When I peel the vegetables and fruits, cut resistant glove is of great use. I tested and it did work well. It's a good choice

I always have some sort of protein contribution to grated foods (blood protein, skin, you name it) that has to be removed before proceeding with the recipe. Then, as I staunch the hemorrhage from my sore digit with paper towels, I proceed with my meal preparation.This will no longer be the routine in my kitchen! I was doubtful, but I have just grated 3 large chunks of ginger with nary a scrape.As to the ability to use it with my iPad, this proved to be true. I am able to scroll through my Kindle cookbooks without removing my glove.The reason it gets only 4 stars is the fit---these are very large on me (and I am not known for small hands) and I have to bunch the fingers down in order to get my fingertips into the tips of the fingers of the gloves. I wish they were more form-fitting. I gave 5 stars for durability, but this is a hopeful rating rather than one based on experience. Time will tell. At this moment, I am happy.

Here’s the story. I purchased a very sharp knife for my wife because she had hard time cutting meats.With the new sharp knife, she cuts her fingers, a few times already.I tested this glove with that real sharp knife, and answer is yes: it will protect your fingers.

One of THE best investments I have ever made! I used a brand-new tactical knife & tried slicing them hard (w/o my hands in them🙄), no rips or tears.I did however stab a hole in a glove, but it took a LOT of sustained force... I had to stretch a glove & push hard for quite a few seconds. The blade only went in about an 1/8th of an inch (3mm) & stopped. This left a 1/4" (6mm) hole in the back of the glove. I'm sure the tear will increase over time when I throw 'em in the wash repeatedly, but I will ABSOLUTELY buy more when that day comes!!These are also perfect for light winter gloves, plus being able to use a smartphone w/o having to take 'em off? Just killed 3 birds with 2 gloves lol!The only negative thing I can think of is that these gloves won't enable me to fly around like Ironman, but maybe a future version will.

Cutting vegetables for home use. I have not put these gloves through a test with a carrot or such because I do not intend on using it for that purpose. I wanted something that would help me not get cut while doing routine kitchen tasks. These worked wonderfully.
