Great price for the product.
I am using this to get back in shape after having a baby and losing my quickness. It is a great product but the bands aren’t great to use or maybe I’m just challenged lol. It was a great price for everything that I received.

The bands for legs are great. Ladder not so good
Love the bands and the strap around the legs are perfect. But having issues with the ladder. It’s cheaply made and not all the plastic clip on the ladder clip close. And so it keeps moving and falling off.

LOW DURABILITY
The product is nice and adds a lot of diversity to my workouts.However, the knee pads velcro barely holds in place after ONLY 3 months of use.When I contacted the company they said that the knee pads have NO WARRANTY and that I willhave to fund the cost of new pads (10$) and the shipment fee.Very disappointingThere is a competitive brand called 'instantspeedtraining' that I would definitely try next time.
