The product sellers could not have been nicer. They shipped the item quickly and when damaged by the delivery company worked very hard to get me a replacement and even gave a discount for the trouble. Customer service was helpful and friendly and made the whole shipping ordeal livable.However, the product has not yet lived to its price tag which is considerable. The fridge seems on the flimsy side with the AC adapter not fitting snugly together and necessitating tape to hold it together lest it slip apart and turn the fridge off which has happened.Rolls nicely on the casters and is light weight which is nice. The temperature is in Celsius only which might be annoying to some, but holds temperatures well--better than a stand up fridge. I have not used this with a solar setup so I have no info on battery drawdown.It is very large, I will eventually put this in a garage and use something smaller for the house.
