They are what I ordered, on time, and it came with all necessary hardware and the key to install. They are decent quality but they’re not soft and grippy so you’ll want to pair them with a decent set of gloves. You’ll also want end plugs because the rubber caps they come with fall out easily.

The double lock clamps are not high quality. Got the screws as tight as they can before the Allen wrench supplied rounded. For the price I can live with a less than perfect grip.

My husband loves them. He put them on his bike immediately and went out riding. They do get dirty easily.

They’re fine for a kids bike I bet , stripped the first time I tried to tighten, ya get what ya pay for, super cheap materials, spend another 10 bucks and get a better set
