Feet Slip Off
First of all, to understand the installation instructions took some time and effort. Not easy. Secondly, my husband cannot keep his feet on the pedals, even with the strap. He has Parkinson's and I was hoping this would help him exercise and keep moving since he is not able to walk/stand unassisted. If there was a strap that would go over his heel to help keep his feet from slipping, then I think it would work. I have not returned it because it is put together and I have destroyed the packaging it arrived in.
