This is a very good product, but there is a minor design flaw. The top part of the cap with the holding loop will separate from the white part of the cap. My daughter was holding it by the loop and that came loose from the white part of the cap and fell on the floor and broke the cap. But the seller was excellent and they replaced the cap fro me, hence giving 4 stars. But I still think this is a design flaw on this otherwise great product.

I did not drop it, I did not bash it, I did not smash it. Unscrewing the cap when the bottle was full of water cracked the base of it somehow. Not entirely sure how it happened, but the moment the air escaped through through the unsealed cap, the bottom gave out and spilled water everywhere to reveal that the glass is PAPER THIN. I emailed the company with the details, images and order number in hopes for a refund or replacement only to get a reply with the exact same message as before, requesting the details i already shared.

Fantastic bottles.Pros:- the bottle looks great- the bottle feels great (the sleeve makes it really easy to grip so reduces the likelihood of me dropping it)- easy to drink out of; was initially sceptical about the wider opening, but no issues/dribbles/spills drinking straight from the bottle- better for my health; no nasties getting into my body from plastic (good riddance plastic bottles)- on researching the company i find they direct some of their profits to building wells in Africa (really liked being able to see who was responsible for the bottle... makes it more special to me)- can be cleaned in the dishwasher (though i've chosen to hand clean the lid)Cons:- noneWould recommend and would buy again. :)

Good size, sturdy, and most importantly the glass is easy to clean and disinfect (I'm pregnant so am constantly guzzling water but was concerned about the bacteria in my old plastic water bottle). It is bulky so am considering getting the smaller bottle for my handbag when I'm out and about.

Great little bottle for my daughter who won't drink from plastic!! Well designed cap which is secure but easy to remove. Bottle broke after being dropped from a height onto a hard floor, it cracked badly but did not shatter and no water was spilt. I have just brought another one to replace it as it seems a good option for a glass water bottle.

I always prefer a glass bottle as the plastics always do smell when you get them out from the dishwasher.This is easy to use, has silicone protection case and good to have different colour options.Not too heavy and the small one fits in any bag.

I had two of these already and the base got broken in both instances after a few months, on its own without the bottles being dropped. Why do I keep buying these? It is the only bottle I could find in the market that doesn’t make the water smelly. What I mean by that is the fact that other bottles have some rubber in the cap section which always gives bad smell. This one miraculously doesn’t have this problem, but yes it breaks! I wish this was fixed.

Really good purchase. More expensive than plastic bottles but worth the extra money as it will last a lot longer I hope. No more funny tastes /smells or having to sterilise plastic bottles...or even just throw them away. sturdy without being overly heavy - although obviously heavier than plastic. So far no problems or concerns about breakage.
