I have been using this laptop sleeve with my macbook pro since 2018, and it's still going strong. This sleeve has successfully protected my computer through years of international travel, and I've never had any issues/damage.The magnetic opening makes it easy to remove my computer for airport security screenings, and then quickly slides back into my bag. Also, the hard case is firm enough to support some weight, so you can use it as a layer between your laptop and your lap to keep your legs cool.This is an excellent laptop sleeve and I wouldn't hesitate to purchase another one if I ever need to.

This is a really nice case, it's everything you expect. Seriously, get it if this is what you need. It works, it's pretty thin, and it has some soft fuzz on the inside that DOESN'T SHED.The only thing I wish was different is that since I'm a student, I use backpacks and prefer convenience.I like products that are quick and to the point so I can quickly take out my laptop for notes and such, so I chose this case because I wanted to avoid anything with zippers or a fancy button strap and all those things that require a few extra seconds to open. You can call me lazy too.Back to the backpack subject, the only thing I would wish for change would be having the opening of the case to be on its shorter sides instead of from the top. When I have it in my backpack, the case is technically on it's side. It would be nice for an opening ready for me to just slip out my laptop from the case from within my backpack, instead of having to take out the case with my laptop to access it because 95% of the time, I don't need my case when I'm using my laptop. I only needed the case for transportation.HOWEVER, if you use a messenger bag, that's perfect because the case would sit so that you CAN just take out your laptop. I personally don't use one because they hurt my shoulders.

This product may have the power to make you look and feel smart.I spent three days shopping for a case for my husband's Dell XPS-12 tablet for his birthday before settling on the Runetz. I budgeted up to $150 for the purchase, and started searching for carbon fiber, Kevlar, and sailcloth.. No zipper. Semi-rigid. I visited a lot of websites. I couldn't find anything suitable in this uncommon size. So I started over. I'd bypassed the Runetz "sleeve," because I wanted a "case," and I was certain I would have to pay a lot for it.Honestly, time ran out and I had to make a choice. I fully expected to return the Runetz, but I got lucky, instead. It is almost exactly what I was looking for and it was the least expensive option I considered. I thought it would be impossible to get it right at this price.His Dell fits in there perfectly. It is padded, but maintains the semi-rigid, low profile he likes, and the silent, invisible magnetic closure is quite awesome. If I'd had a customized case made for him, it would work exactly like this one and look like it, too, just a bit flashier. His trifecta is more form, function, and frugality, so he is blitzed.Don't be afraid of under-spending here. No one will ever know, and you will never forget (how much you saved)!

I recently purchased an ASUS Chromebook for my mother and was looking for a quality case for her to store it in. I chose the grey color option.I came across this sleeve here on Amazon - I found the "hard sleeve" feature to be most appealing as Chromebooks (while great and terribly practical for many needs) can be decidedly delicate, so the security of a hard sided sleeve was what sold me on this particular item. Sleeve is sturdy yet lightweight, sleek yet functional. The case is hard in the sense that it is rigid - not that it is super heavy or solid. There is no zipper and the top is a magnetic type lip that allows the item to slip in and out as needed very easily, which can be appealing for someone with dexterity issues. The interior is lined with a soft, fleecy type of material that won't scratch anything that is placed inside. Is this a super heavy duty case that could withstand long term rugged use? Maybe not. Is this a nice option for someone looking for extra protection for their electronics from average, everyday type situations (e.g. in a backpack, briefcase, etc)? I think so. It is well priced, well made, and perfectly suitable for most needs.

This case easily fits an HP Envy laptop measuring 14" x 9.75" x 0.5" with very squared corners. However, since the laptop is going in a school backpack, I was hoping it would be much stiffer, thicker, sturdier. I'm not sure how much this will withstand with heavy textbooks, etc. knocking around, but until I find something else, it's much better than nothing at all.

I am a college student, and any other student would understand the worry you have when you put your laptop in your backpack with 3 heavy books and 2 or three binders. Especially having a MacBook Air, which although amazing is also fragile being so thin. I constantly worried about my MacBook getting damaged by the other heavy objects in my backpack, and I was on a mission to find a case/sleeve that would take that worry away. I just received this product today and I can already tell you my worries are gone. The case is EXACTLY as shown and described - very sturdy and durable. The magnetic top definitely keeps the laptop secured in place, even holding it upside down. The hard top and bottom will 100% protect the laptop from damage by bumps from my other books. Just holding the sleeve with the laptop inside, it just feels very protected. I was on the fence with buying this product, but I am extremely satisfied with it and certainly glad I purchased it. I definitely recommend for not only college students, but anyone looking for a durable, protective sleeve as well.

I tired the TIZUM Hard Cover Bumper Sleeve before this, but I can tell you, this is way better than that product, plus it costs less. This sleeve is actually hard cover, and does not bend. The whole sleeve is 2 pieces of premium hard shell that feels like it could take a fall or two. The inside has some kind of plush material that feels quite premium and won't give your laptop any scratch. most 13 inch laptops should fit. This is where some of you might have a problem, since if you are using some kind of ultrabook that is quite thin, like the macbook air or macbook pro, the laptop may move around in the sleeve a bit since there is a lot of space in there. Personally, that does not bother me even though my macbook pro is not a snug fit in it, but you might want to keep that in mind while buying the product. By my guess, the early macbook pros with DVD players (early 2011 model) may be a snug fit in it.

Parfait pour protéger son superbe MBP !La seule chose étant la grosseur .. je pense qu'ils auraient pu un peu réduire les bords. Si vous avez un bon sac pour le transporter ça fera l'affaire, sinon regarder bien les dimensions du produit car pour moi ça rentre limite limite ...

I used is for Macbook Pro 13 wit retina. The Cover was a little big in length and width. It is also a little difficult to hold, Magnetic lock is not very strong, so it you ever pick up the wrong way by mistake, your laptop might fall out from the cover.
