Strap broke after one months use
I bought these because the set I had to tie down my ladders were getting frayed and worn after a couple of years of highway miles and direct Texas sunlight exposure. I bought my original set on eBay from a seller in China and they lasted much longer than expected. Since my original ones were from China, I figured any old strap would do the job. Boy was I wrong. The very first time I used these straps, I knew these were not the quality I was expecting. The strap itself had so much stretch to it, that I ended up pulling at least an extra foot or two when I cinched them down. After using them for just one month, the strap broke where the cam buckle bites into the strap. I will be looking for replacements yet again and this time, I will make sure to buy quality straps. These straps are JUNK!

Poor quality but will get the job done
We bought these to tie our bee hives to the hives base during bad weather. I am a kayaker and have lots of these type straps. These yellow ones are made of material that is very thin; I do not expect them to last long at all. The buckle is made of the cheapest metal and I anticipate they will rust quickly. That being said, they are getting the job done for now. Just not great quality but we don't always need top of the line materials, right?

Sunlight breaks the
I use these to secure my 8' tall 10'x10' folding deck umbrella in windy conditions. These straps are the right length and they're fairly strong...until they aren't. What I mean is that exposure to sunlight breaks them down rather quickly. I got about two months of use before they began breaking during normal tightening. I'd say they lost 90% of their strength being in the sun for 2 months. But they're cheap enough that I just bought a new pair and now I rotate them more frequently. That said, I would not trust these on my vehicle roof even brand new.

Junk
I had these straps on my RV to hold a cover on my ramps. They only lasted 1 month and the fell apart. They completely disinegrated. They do not hold up to sun light and weather so be careful what you strap down or you may loose it and cause an accident. I would not purchase these again. They are a waste of money.

These lashing straps are complete crap!! All 4 disintegrated and broke!
All 4 straps will not hold up to sunlight and outdoor use.... they break down and become brittle and literally fall apart! total waste of money... buy another brand!

GREAT FOR SPEAKERS!
I'm using these straps to tie down my Edifier Studio Monitoring speakers to some PYLE speaker stands. I also have some foam in between the stands and the speakers. These straps help keep me at ease knowing my speakers are tied down. Great purchase.

Great for work!
I work for UPS and had to use the straps to tie down packages on my hand truck. I was able to max out the load with 16' of strap and locked it down. Carry more, finish work sooner!

They are ok for light duty
I guess with these straps you get what you pay for. The buckles are not really sturdy in design and build, so for light duty they may work but I would not trust this to something serious because they will probably fail...
