Worked perfect for replacing my broke keychain. I just took it to my local key & lock dealer. He cut the key for free and replace my old inside "chip" and installed into the new holder. Great deal!!!

The shell design it seriously flawed. When I bought my car I had two keys both of the cases fell apart over time. I came online to buy this third one and the exact same thing happen. For those who has similar keys that have the anti-theft feature will know that the case is very crucial. If the inside mechanics fall out you can possibly be locked out your car or will not be able to start your car at all. I am looking to see if there are other options but haven't found any besides bypassing the anti-theft feature. As far as the delivery of the product and the shipper, that experience was great. I believe it actually came a few days before it was supposed to arrive.

My key does not fit inside and the screw hole is stripped! 2009 mitsubishi lancer.....this is supposed to work according to the description.
