When some lighting I ordered (from another vendor) arrived without some of the mounting clips, that vendor actually suggested I order this packet from Amazon, going so far as to give me the item number, and saying they would refund me the cost. I did so, and the clips arrived promptly and as advertised. The packet of clips did not contain the mounting screws, which I walked to the neighborhood hardware store and bought for $.66, but I let the original vendor know for their future reference. All in all, Amazon came through.
