This product took weeks to arrive. When it finally came, it was in 50 pieces with no instruction manual, broken parts, and no screws. This is a total waste of money. My little boy spent his Christmas money on this and was crying when we finally saw what he paid for! P.S. There is no return address on packaging and zero paperwork inside, so you don't have any info for a complaint or return.

I bought this as a gift form my son. I did not know that you had to have a special tool to open the controllers.

Make sure you buy the tool at same time.

I just think this product should include a fitted XBOX 360 controller hexagonal key. I would definately recommend this product.

it does not fit the xbox 360 controller. I will be sending ir back. I am not pleased that it took as long as it did to ship and it doesnt even do what it says.

Super cheap crap. Comes in about 50 pieces and if u can figure out how to put the puzzle together, just don't drop it or it will shatter like glass!
