It’s good to see a company that listens to its customers. I bought one of these bracelets in March 2021 and it just broke on me (Not bad, 3 years), so I ordered another one. I was wonderfully surprised to see that they had taken my comments from 2021, and improved the bracelet.I had said that the ring was too small and too hard to read. I said they should enlarge it, and blacken in the letters so first responders would be able to spot it. That is exactly what they did! The print is both larger and blackened. The medical alert symbol is also larger than the old one. Thank you for the improvements.This is a very nice medical alert bracelet. I wear mine whenever I leave my house and I wear it to work, where it gets wet and bounced around, so it’s pretty tough. It’s an attractive color (black & blue braid) and it stays attached quite well with the magnetic clasp. I had to clean the old one a few times because rust and dirt build up in the chamber where the magnet is located, but it was only 2 or 3 times in 3 years.EXCELLENT PRODUCT FOR THE PRICE! I highly recommend it.

Was hesitant to purchase but very glad I did. Holds up incredibly well. It’s a nice looking bracelet. Magnetic clasp is really strong. Easy to take off and put on. Highly recommend.

The appearance is okay, but the magnet is useless. The slide clasp is very tricky to line up and close while using one hand. I would say to buy this only if you plan to put it on and then never take it off. I'm very disappointed.----------------------I just changed my rating from 2 stars to 4. I was too critical of the bracelet after my first attempts to fasten the clasp. Now that I've had it for a while, I like it better. Once it's on, it stays in place without any problems. I still think there are some better choices out there, but this bracelet is working for me now.

I needed a new Medic Alert bracelet, this one is a great price, and seems well-made. Time will tell if the printing on it stays legible. Obviously, I'm going to be wearing it in the shower, sailing, and doing other outdoor activities, etc. I will update review in a few months to see how the printing holds up.

Quality is great on this item

I was looking for something more manly and less like jewelry for my husband. This was amazing very nice blue and subtle.

I had one of these that lasted several years. When that one broke I ordered another one. This one fell apart after wearing about 7 times (I only wear it when I travel.) The magnet came out which is what the prior one did but after several years of wear. Ended going with a inexpensive rubber one to achieve functionality requirements. Oh well.

So, I like the quality and looks, but the stated sizing is off. I measured with a tape measure before ordering and what I received is significantly larger. While I like a wristwatch to be a little loose and move around, I don't like it so loose that the watch face flops to the inside of my wrist, this is that loose. Don't believe their stated sizes, go down a size.

Very nice craftmanship, just hope that the engraving stays visible for a long time.

The description says adjustable, but it's not. The engraving will be hard to see if someone isn't specifically looking for it as it's quite small

The braclet is perfect for my dad. Easy to get on and off, no chance of it falling off. Its perfect

The bracelet looks good and well made, but they didn't look at the order and sent me the wrong size bracelet. This one does not fit me.
