What's in the bottle?
Item coated in soapy residue upon arrival and the contents didn't/doesn't have any sort of safety seal and the internal contents seems to be soapy water. It has a consistency like soapy water, not like shampoo...I can't find anyone to ask if this is normal so item is being returned and will not be reordered as I can't trust that this product is un-tampered!!!
