This is a great luggage. The design of it is very fashionable. After my one week travel, the luggage is still intact. You can sit on it while waiting for the bus. The fabric is waterproof, which helps me a lot.

If you plan to buy the 3rd party luggage cover for Lanzzo luggage, look other brands. This luggage's side handle is on the wrong side and will not work with any 3rd party luggage cover.Lanzzo doesn't make their own luggage cover (like Rimowa). Unless you don't plan to use luggage cover, Lanzzo can be one of the luggage choice.

Great quality and beautiful luggage. I purchased the gold 21 inch carry on. It came package extremely well where there is no concern whether the case would be damaged in the shipping process. The gold color is a muted champagne color (which matches the pictures) which I prefer to a deeper gold color. And the seller has immediate and helpful customer service. I haven’t travelled with the piece yet but I recommend purchasing based on the item received.

This looked beautiful to begin with, and was a pleasure to use. But after only three uses as a carry-on (never checked in), it began coming apart, the glue at the seams came off and snagged my clothes, and the lock as well. I wish I could have a partial refund but this seller isn't here anymore. Disappointed.
