Amble cutting space and nice design. I prefer hole bamboo, as opposed to laminates. But in this case realized not possible.

These boards shred over time with use!
While this looks beautiful upon arrival, after a few uses and with contact with a sharp knife, the board starts to splinter. This leads to getting the splinters into whatever it is your are cutting. After a short while, the board looks really, really bad because of the obvious cut marks. And NO, I did NOT receive this item at a free or discounted rate for my review.
