Work great for sourdough, the dough hasn't stuck at all. They are the perfect size for loaf pans and easy to brush out when done.

These are the best baskets for my sourdough. The right size and all. The dough doesn’t stick, and the basket is sturdy.

Great size. Easy to use. Cloth covers are easy to wash, in the sink, with cold water, no soap, air dry!

Work great for their intended purpose but had a super strong smell when I opened them that was off putting. Gave them a really good wash and smell seemed to go away

Easiest way to make sourdough rolls! The liners are made of quality cloth that resists sticking. Machine washable and durable. They make a nice, fat dinner roll

I've been making sourdough for about a year and a half now and bought these initially, thinking they were affordable option and maybe I'd upgrade to something nicer if I stuck with it long term. No Need to upgrade because these are great. Perfect size for my rustic boule sourdough loaves. Comes in a pair in case you want to bake 2 loaves at once. And they come with the canvas covers as well, which are easy to clean afterwards. Very lightweight and with an initial dusting of flour, the dough doesn't stick. My bread comes out perfectly round. I'm really happy with them and if I get into battards, I'll look for the same brand/company.
