I use these with my chicken coop waterer to help give heat to their waterer in the winter with an incandescent light. Run the outside extension cord through pvc pipe routing this wire to the plug in. Put the adapter in and add an incandescent 100 w bulb. Run this into a in a cinder block with the open ends at the top and botom... with a stepping stone above, place the waterer on top and you have eliminated freeze in your chicken waterer (plastic) It heats the stepping stone from underneath and keeps the water from freezing. This piece made it possible for me to heat the chicken waterer without letting the above water freeze. I Highly Recommend this

I bought these when I needed an incandescent lamp and all I could find were LED’s

these are great for outlets where the light is hard to see.. it is easier if you can just leave it plugged in or use an outlet that has a light switch or be able to unscrew the bulb cause there i no off button

I ordered these to go with my rechargeable light bulbs. 3 out of 4 of them worked. I tried the other bulbs (that had already been lit in a different socket adapter) and they did not work when added into the last adapter. I also tried using different wall outlets to no avail. Those that work, work well (so far).
