The best tasting Olive oil
I normally dont leave reviews but I felt this was a must for this product. My husband and I did alot of searching for the right Olive oil to buy after being so disappointed by others. If I could give this olive oil more than five stars I would. We bought it for cooking and for my health issues. I take 1 tbs a day of this. The taste is amazing and does not give me indigestion like other products did. I also love putting it my pasta and salads. After I cleanse my face at night I use this olive oil on my face as a moisturizer. I am 65 and have definitely notice a difference. My face feels smooth and more radiant. For you ladies out there. I live in Florida so my hair can get frizzy and dry plus I color my hair. Yesterday I rubbed this olive oil in my dry hair. First I warmed it a little in the microwave in 10 second increments. Dont over warm it!!! I left it in my hair for 30 minutes then shampooed and conditioned. I cannot believe the drastic change in my hair. It is smooth, soft and no frizz. This olive oil is amazing and we are hooked now. Wont buy any other olive oil. They package it with care and my order arrived pretty quickly. We highly recommend this product. You wont be disappointed

Excellent
My package was tossed about 4 feet in the air by the Amazon delivery driver. Many of them don't even bend down. They just throw, take a picture and walk off. The packaging Atlas did was great because the bottle survived. This olive oil is smooth in taste, and I did get that pepper flavor too. It also has a light yellow color too it. So yes, you need to spend more money to get higher quality olive oil, like Atlas for example. A lot of the inexpensive ones are blended with low quality olive oils or even blended with seed oils. And if you know about seed oils...you know what it does to your body.I have cooked with it on medium and low settings and use it to substitute seed oil products like mayonnaise, salad dressings etc. Would I recommend this? Yes. The taste is smooth, it has a pepper taste and it's light yellow in color. I'm no expert in olive oil but this checks out as high quality olive oil in my opinion.

Delicious and pure olive oil
I’m not a fond lover of any kind of olive oil or olives to begin with, but I’ve realized that in order to be healthy olive oil, pure olive oil is one of the best that you can put into your body. After careful research I have found that this olive oil is the most healthy, pure and natural source of olive oil and you get the benefits from using it. It’s a little on the expensive side, but it is very good. It’s organic extra-virgin olive oil. It’s first cold pressed and perfect for keto diets has low acidity when bottled it’s a glass bottle and it is a dark colored bottle, which is important to protect Olive oil. Also, it’s last several years and is very healthy for you. I highly recommend this. It has a very light tasting flavor. The size that I purchased is 34 fluid ounces or 1 L and I still have about a quarter of a bottle left and I enjoy using this better than most anything else when cooking.

Great quality olive oil!
It’s a high quality olive oil. It comes packaged very well with the most bubble wrap I’ve ever seen used to keep it safe in transit. The bottle is an unusual shape and very thick glass. The taste is nice with an earthy flavor and a slight peppery aftertaste.I have noticed it helps with my joint inflammation. It didn’t take it all away but helped reduce my joint pain.It also helps soothe my stomach acid as well, plus I sleep a little more soundly too.I drink a shot full every night before I go to bed.I really like this brand of olive oil and plan to keep taking it.

Very light taste.
Unlike a lot of people who are writing these reviews, I prefer a lighter olive oil, which this is. Deep yellow color, not green, aroma slightly fruity, light tasting. Perfect for frying hash browns and onions with eggs for breakfast! The only reason I didn't give it a five star is because of the high price. Also, the fact that it is a glass bottle is the second highest reason I bought Atlas, because I don't want to drink or eat plastic! Plastic leeches into everything and causes cancer so they say.

Outstanding!
I have purchased this item multiple times over the past few years. I'm a repeat customer. I noticed recently that this is the #1 olive oil on Amazon. I think years ago when I started buying it was like #89 or something, and I discovered it after reading online about the polyphenol-rich olive oils from Morocco. I initially tried and liked Mina but switched to this brand. It gets delivered quickly and is boxed well. Taste-wise I prefer Italian or California olive oil, probably because I'm used to it, but this tastes pretty good. It has a bit of that peppery taste to me, similar to Spanish olive oil but not nearly as strong. But I always feel better after I've eaten a fresh Greek salad with lettuce and spinach leaves and split cherry tomatoes and diced cucumbers, drenched in this band of olive oil.

Best tasting Olive Oil ever!
This olive oil from the Atlas Mountains is amazing! It is so smooth, you could drink it. It adds a nice light, nutty flavor to anything it is used with without being heavy. I love the traditional use of it for bread dipping. Just add some salt, pepper and a drop of good balsamic vinegar. I use it to season fish and chicken then add spices on top. it does a great job of sticking to the meat and keeping it moist.

good value- great for you
This olive oil is well worth the cost and exceptional in quality. Great health benefits after getting an education on how/ why certain O/oils are made etc. I am a return customer and plan on using this brand for all cooking and health needs. It has a flavor that is more " snappy" and a bit of a spicy, mildly hot taste going on. Try it, you'll be into it.
